English for Business and Customer Relations is designed for second language learners who are presently employed or have previously worked in business, technical occupations or customer relations.
This course focuses on:
- Telephone skills and active listening skills
- Professional interaction with clients and colleagues
- Presentation and business meeting skills
- Writing memos, letters and reports
- Business and professional vocabulary

Completion of Lower Advanced English, CLB 6/7 or written permission from the Department Head, PACE.
