Full time and part-time English language instruction for newcomers to Canada (ELSA) classes at Literacy, Level 1, 2 and 3. All students in these classes are sponsored by the government and must apply at Western ESL Services. Click here for more information on the ELSA program. |

VCC Diversity Week - Art and Fine Craft Show A central event in VCCs Diversity Week is the student Art and Fine Craft Show. The show was open this year throughout the three days of Diversity Week - February 22nd to 24th - and brought together students, instructors and staff from ABE, ESL, ASL and Deaf and Hard of Hearing, and Visually Impaired programs. Teachers, staff and students from ELSA Department participated hard in mounting the show, and many ELSA students exhibited their works. |
