Using eLearning Support Online
The best place to get VCC Moodle support, or to help yourself.
Moodle support at VCC is managed through a dedicated web portal maintained by the centre.
(We're not part of IT, but we do work closely with them!)
Between 2013 and 2017, the eLearning Support team handled over 4600 support requests related to Moodle, online course media creation, and a variety of learning technologies.

Use eLearning Support Online to get help with VCC's Moodle LMS or other VCC educational technology:
- Create a new support request ("ticket") or review or change an existing one, using our simple web form.
